- Ripe Tomatoes – 3
- Ice Water – As needed
- Water – As needed
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Vinegar – 1/4 cup
- First and foremost, you need to boil tomatoes, remove the skin and seeds before making tomato puree. Make sure to use ripe tomatoes for purees.

- After de-seeding the tomatoes, put it in a blender and blend it into a smooth paste.
- Boil the puree with vinegar, sugar and salt till desired consistency is attained. I boiled it for 15-20 minutes to get a nice thick tomato puree.
