Fu Lin Asian Cuisine is an Indo Chinese Restaurant in Charlotte. If you are craving for Indo-Chinese fusion food, then this is the best place.

The restaurant is not very large and is generally crowded on weekends and you may need to wait for a while before you are seated.

The Menu is diverse with a wide selection. You will find lot of Indo Chinese fusion entrees. We have tried a few appetizers – the chicken satay was not so great but the paneer was good.

Regardless of the appetizers, the main entrees are excellent. My husband is a lover of the famous Chopsuey (found at Chinese restaurants in India) and this is the only restaurant where we could find American Chopsuey.

I have tried Indo Tandoori Fried Rice and it’s the best. The spice combination is perfect and will leave you craving for more.

The House Special fried Rice is also tasty. Vegetarians have lot of options to choose from – paneer, gobi (cauliflower), tofu and lot more. They prepare your meal according to your requests.

The quantity of food is large and the price is fair - not very costly. The service is just ok. They have only 1 or 2 people to serve and so you need to wait for a while before your food is served. The owner is a friendly person.

The location is a bit shady as it is located near some show club
