Onion Tomato Raitha

Here is a simple Raitha made using Onions, Tomatoes and Green Chillies. This goes very well with Biriyani.

Ingredients

  1. Finely Chopped Onions – 1 small
  2. Finely Chopped Tomatoes – 1 small
  3. Minced Green Chillies – 2
  4. Curd – 3 cups
  5. Salt – to taste

Preparation Method

  1. Beat the curd nicely. You can add little water to obtain the desired consistency for Raitha.
  2. Add the diced onions, tomatoes an green chillies to the beaten curd.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Serve the Raitha with Biriyani.
