Onion & Cucumber Salad

This is an easy to make Healthy Salad which can be eaten alone or with Biriyani, Fish Fry etc.

Ingredients

  • Onion – 1
  • Small Green Cucumber – 2
  • Green Chillies – 2
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon Juice/Vinegar – 1 tsp

Preparation Method

  • Wash cucumber and peel off the skin. Slice it into thin round pieces.
  • Chop onions into thin long slices.
  • Slit the chillies into long pieces.
  • Mix cucumber, onion and green chilly along with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice.


Suggestion

You can add 1 tsp of Olive Oil to make it less spicy.
