Banana Apple Smoothie

Here is a very simple smoothie recipe using Bananas and Apples. I have been trying lot of smoothies recently, since they are energizing and super simple to make. You need a nice sweet apple and a ripe banana for this recipe. Here is my recipe for a quick Banana Apple Smoothie. I had this smoothie after my workout at the gym and I instantly felt refreshed.

Banana Apple Smoothie


  1. Ripe Banana – 1 large
  2. Sweet Apple (peeled and diced into chunks)- 1 big
  3. Vanilla Flavoring – 1 tsp
  4. Milk – 1 cup (I used skim milk)
  5. Ice Cubes – 5
  6. Sugar – 1/2 tbsp (You can use honey or any sweetener of your choice)

Preparation Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and foamy.
  2. Serve immediately otherwise the apples will change the color of the smoothie.

    this smoothie was so good…but word of advice…make sure someone else want some 2 before you make it…lol i ended up wasting like half of it cuz my dad and brother didn’t want any…LOL

    Made this with the apple and banana, but only used honey greek yogurt and less milk and it was delicious
