I had been thinking about posting this from a long time but it remained in my drafts till today. My sincere apologies to my friends.

It was our First Christmas after marriage and also our First Christmas in Charlotte.
We arranged a Christmas Dinner Party for all our friends from Kerala.
I insisted on cooking everything for the Dinner Party though my husband had warned me of the dire consequences. I had quite a hectic day and was on my toes till the time of the party but I was happy when everything came out well.
Christmas Party
We had a wonderful time with friends.
I had made a special Home Made cake for Christmas and experimented with Icing on the cake for the first time . 
We began our celebrations with cake and wine. (My Home Made wine was not ready, so we had do with store bought wine.)
I had both vegetarian and non vegetarian friends for the Party.
We started the dinner with :
- Palappam and Fish Molee / Vegetable Stew (Veg Stew was made by my dear friend Dhanya and all my friends helped me in making steamy Palappams.)
For the Main Course, we had :
- Egg Biriyani
- Kerala Chicken Roast
- Sarlas
- Vegetable Biriyani
- Cauliflower Masala
- Cucumber Raitha
After dinner, we played a few games and laughed and laughed till we dropped dead tired. We had the time of our lives with friends and it will remain fresh in our memories.
