<li>Cold Milk &#8211; 1 cup (Pasteurized/Boiled &amp; Cooled)</li>
<li>Instant Coffee Powder &#8211; 2 tsp (I love Bru)</li>
<li>Sugar &#8211; 2 tbsp (Alter according to your desired sweetness)</li>
<li>Chocolate Powder &#8211; 2 tsp + 2 pinches (I used Nesquik)</li>
<li>Ice Cubes &#8211; 6 to 8</li>
</ol>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Preparation Method</strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li>Blend all the ingredients until the ice cubes are crushed and the coffee is thick and foamy. This will take a few minutes.</li>
<li>Pour into tall glasses and sprinkle more chocolate powder. The above recipe serves 2.</li>
</ol>

<ol>
<li>You can add Icecream while blending to make a yummy <strong>Coffee Milk Shake</strong>.</li>

<li>Ripe Mango &#8211; 1 big</li>
<li>Cold Milk &#8211; 1 cup (Pasteurized)</li>
<li>Sugar &#8211; 3 tbsp (Alter according to desired sweetness)</li>
<li>Ice Cubes &#8211; 8 to 10</li>
<li>Cardamom Powder &#8211; 1/4 tsp (optional)</li>
</ol>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Preparation Method</strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li>Peel the mango and dice it into cubes.</li>
<li>Blend the mango, milk, cardamom powder and sugar to get a smooth paste.</li>
<li>Add the ice cubes and blend for another minute or two until thick &amp; foamy.</li>
</ol>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Note</strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li>Feel free to add 1/2 to 1 cup of Vanilla Icecream to get a delicious Icecream Milk Shake.</li>
<li>Try using Alphonso Mangoes for this milk shake as those are the best in terms of sweetness &amp; flavor.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a simple recipe for spicing up your <strong>Orange Juice</strong>. <strong>Tabasco Sacue</strong> is used in this recipe for an extra kick. <strong>Tabasco brand Pepper Sacue</strong> is a hot sauce made from <strong>Aged Red Peppers</strong>. If you love adding hotness to your food, then give this recipe a try. You can use <strong>Fresh Orange Juice </strong>for this recipe. I didn&#8217;t have any oranges with me, so instead I used Refrigerated Orange Juice. If you don&#8217;t have Tabasco Sauce, you can replace it with <strong>red chilly/paprika powder</strong>. It tastes equally good.</p>

<li>Salt  &#8211; a pinch</li>
<li>Sugar &#8211; 1 tbsp (Adjust to suit your taste)</li>
</ol>

<li>Blend all the ingredients thoroughly in a blender.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When I came to US, one major difference I found here was the love for <strong>Coffee </strong>over <strong>Tea</strong>. While <strong>Tea (Chai)</strong> dominates Coffee in India, it is hard to find Tea lovers in US. I once read in Wikipedia that after water, tea is the most consumed beverage in the world. That sounds good!</p>
<p>It&#8217;s hard to resist <strong>Coffee </strong>from places like Star Bucks, Dunkin Donuts and other coffee houses when they have so many different varieties of Coffee. Many people like <strong>Cinnamon spiced Coffee,</strong> though I am not a great fan of Cinnamon in my Coffee. <img src='http://recipes.malayali.me/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  My husband likes it and I ended up making it for him.</p>

<p>I make Coffee at home without espresso machines, steam wands and other devices. You will probably need all those devices for making a Coffee House style <strong>cappuccino </strong>or <strong>latte</strong>. Here is a recipe for a nice<strong> Cinnamon &amp; Chocolate Flavored Coffee</strong>. I know many Indians will be surprised with the addition of <strong>Cinnamon (Patta)</strong> to Coffee. Don&#8217;t be surprised as this is similar to adding Cardamom or Ginger to you Tea. So enjoy this coffee. This recipe serves 2.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Ingredients</strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li>Milk &#8211; 1 cup (Whole Milk is better)</li>
<li>Water &#8211; 1 cup</li>
<li>Any Instant Coffee Powder &#8211; 1 tbsp ( I used Nescafe Taster&#8217;s Choice Original)</li>
<li>Cinnamon Powder &#8211; 1/4 tsp</li>
<li>Chocolate Powder &#8211; 1 tsp</li>
<li>Sugar &#8211; 2 tbsp</li>
</ol>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Preparation Method</strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li>Microwave the milk with sugar for around 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Blend the milk for around 2 minutes in a blender until foamy.</li>
<li>Next, microwave the water for another 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Add instant coffee powder and cinnamon powder to the cup of water to make Black Coffee or Espresso. Stir well.</li>
<li>Divide the black coffee into 2 cups. Pour milk slowly into both cups.</li>
<li>Top it up with foam from the milk.</li>
<li>Sprinkle chocolate powder on top of the foam. Enjoy your coffee.</li>
