Today is Maundy Thursday or Holy Thursday – the first day of the Holy Triduum. These 3 days are the most important days of our faith as Roman Catholics.

“2008″ is coming to an end. It has been a very special year for us. Many good memories and some painful memories which will be etched into our minds forever. When I began this blog, I didn’t know if I would continue posting recipes but somehow I managed so far. I have really enjoyed blogging
