My blog “Kerala Recipes” completed 3 years a few months back. I should have done an Anniversary Post long back but better late than never! I started this blog in an attempt to do something useful during my free time. Little did I realize that this blog would eventually become a cherished collection 
My sister-in-law saw a recipe for Mambazha Pradhaman on a Cookery Show and she shared it with me. I was excited to try this totally new recipe for Onam. Pradhaman is a dessert made with Jaggery and Coconut Milk. There are different types of Pradhaman like Ada Pradhaman, Parippu Pradhaman, Chakka Pradhaman and so on.
